my new diet plan

day 1:


Breakfast

Hummus & Vegetables

Dinner
yogurt

Tex-Mex Summer Squash Casserole

so i started the national body challenge. they help you set a meal plan and a good exercising plan. gives you good advice and you get to talk to others around you.

like here is todays work out and its only 25-30 minutes a day:

Warm-up

3 Strength & Balance
8 Buns/Thighs

Cool Down


Also, I talked to my mom earlier. And Kasen has mastered all of the 1st grade reading levels. He is now on the 3rd level of 2nd grade reading. There are obly 4 levels. My baby is growing up so fast.
